In October, our team embarked on an extraordinary three-week campaign in the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland. Tasked with creating the prestigious Lambertz Fine Art Calendar, our mission was not only to produce stunning imagery but also to align the project with Iceland’s commitment to clean air and clean seas. This ambitious endeavor was in collaboration with Iceland Tourism and the Icelandic government, with Dorrit Moussaieff, the wife of the Prime Minister of Iceland, serving as the campaign’s spokesperson.
The Team & Vision
Led by James Nader as Photographer and Creative Director, our elite team consisted of 24 skilled professionals, including a BTS film crew, production specialists, and creative visionaries. We partnered with German production company Cor Studios and worked closely with the Lambertz team from Aachen and Munich, Germany. 8 internationally acclaimed models, including Nena 99 Red Balloons star from the 0;s and still a. massive star in Germany from The Voice Germany and Rúrik Gíslason, former Icelandic National Team star and Strictly Come Dancing Germany champion.
Our Icelandic Journey: From Reykjavík to Höfn

From Reykjavík’s urban charm to Höfn’s dramatic coastal beauty. Along the way, we captured Iceland’s raw landscapes—black sand beaches in Vík, Vatnajökull’s ice caves, geysers, waterfalls, and volcanic terrains—each setting enhancing the campaign’s artistic narrative.
The Journey Across Iceland
Spanning 24 unique locations, we traversed Iceland in a nomadic convoy of 4 giant mobile homes, SUVs, vans, and supporting vehicles, carrying our team and all the necessary gear for this ambitious production.
From the black sand beaches of Vík to the striking ice caves of Vatnajökull, our journey was one of precision, endurance, and creativity. The shoot required intricate logistical coordination, as the unpredictable Icelandic weather tested our resilience daily. With temperatures fluctuating and the wind howling across the dramatic landscapes, we adapted our approach at each site, ensuring that both still photography and film production maintained the highest standards.
